SKYFIELD NHF LOAN ACCOUNT  |  SIGN UP

    

 

Purpose:

To build, buy, renovate or expand your dream home.

 

Features:

  •          Maximum loan amount is N15million.

  •          Interest rate of 6% per annum.

  •          Tenor is up to a maximum of 30years, subject to the difference between applicant’s age and sixty (60)years or length of service years remaining.

  •          Monthly repayment shall not exceed one-third of the beneficiaries’ gross monthly emolument.

               

Benefits:

  •          Low interest rate of 6%

  •          Long tenor of 30years to ease repayment burden.

  •          Fixed interest rate throughout the duration of the loan (i.e the rate does not fluctuate).

  •          Loan amount you benefit is independent of your contribution to the fund.

 

What to do:

  •          Open an account

  •          Save 10% of the loan amount

  •          Evidence of income

  •          Valid registered title.

  •          Copy of NHF passbook showing updated remittance.

  •          Current Tax Clearance Certificate
