Skyfield Savings and Loans Limited is wholly owned by group of Nigerian investors. The Bank was incorporated on January 24^th, 2002 and licensed to carry on mortgage business by the Central Bank of Nigeria in November 2002. Skyfield Savings and Loans Limited commenced operations on 6^th November, 2002 at its Head office complex located at 192a, Jide Oki Street,off Ligali Ayorinde Street, Victoria Island, Lagos. 

The bank which started operations with an authorized share capital of N200 million issued and fully paid has since increased its authorized share capital to N1billion which was fully paid as at March 2007. As at December 2012,the bank authorised and fully paid share capital increased to N1.5billion while the bank's assets base increased to N3.4billion.

The corporate drive of the institution is poised towards being a PMI of reckoning in the real estate and mortgage banking sector.

This is evidenced by the completion of a 165 rooms all en-suite and fully occupied apartments in a commercial nerve centre in Yaba, Lagos and various real estate investments in Lagos state and in Nigeria. Our target is to be the PMI to reckon with in real estate sector in Nigeria.
